As a Foster Parent Recruiter, you will play a vital role inexpanding and strengthening a network of foster, adoptive, and kinship familieswho provide safe, stable, and nurturing homes for children in care. You willlead recruitment efforts from initial inquiry through certification, engagingprospective caregivers through outreach, education, assessment, and training.Through relationship-building and collaboration, you will ensure families arewell-prepared, supported, and aligned with our mission to serve children andfamilies with excellence, compassion, and integrity. Wehave provided quality care and services to children, youth, and familiesthrough a myriad of effective community-based services. Today, The BairFoundation provides services in multiple states across the country. Ourprograms are child-centered, family-focused, strength-based, and culturallycompetent, making a meaningful and lasting impact on the children and familieswe serve. WHATYOU’LL DO TO MAKE AN IMPACT Recruit with Purpose – Lead outreach and recruitment efforts through community presentations, events, andrelationship-building to increase foster, adoptive, and kinship familyinquiries. Guide the Journey – Engage prospectivefamilies through timely follow-up, education, and face-to-face interaction tomotivate participation in pre-service training and certification. Ensure Readiness & Safety – Assessprospective caregivers and home environments to ensure compliance withregulatory standards, agency policies, and best practices for child safety andwell-being. Drive Certification Success – Managedocumentation, tracking, and electronic records to ensure families meet allrequirements prior to certification. Build Strong Foundations – Provide orcoordinate pre-service training that prepares families for theresponsibilities, challenges, and rewards of caring for children in fostercare. Protect Trust & Dignity – Maintainconfidentiality and uphold privacy standards for all children, families, andagency records.
