Associate Attorney

Job Description Skills: Civil Litigation, Trial Advocacy, Legal Analysis, 1 year experience in tort litigation, and an active NV bar license is mandatory. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the NV bar association At least 1 year of experience in tort litigation Strong research and writing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred but not required Duties Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions Review and analyze documents for discovery purposes Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Attend court proceedings and assist with trial preparation Perform other duties as assigned by supervising attorneys As an Associate Attorney at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and gain valuable experience in various practice areas.
