More information is available at aristawealth.com. Role Description The Senior Financial Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Summerlin South, NV. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and retirement planning services to individual and institutional clients, including developing tailored strategies for wealth accumulation, risk management, and tax-efficient investing. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, analyzing financial data, preparing and presenting financial plans, and reviewing investment portfolios in alignment with firm guidelines and client objectives. The Senior Financial Planner will collaborate closely with advisors and support staff, communicate regularly with clients, and stay current on market trends, regulations, and best practices in behavioral finance. The role also involves contributing to client education efforts, supporting business development initiatives, and upholding high standards of ethics and professionalism. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning, with the ability to design and implement comprehensive strategies tailored to client goals. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or progress toward certification, demonstrating advanced knowledge of planning standards and ethical practices. Solid foundation in Finance, including investment analysis, portfolio construction, and risk management. Proven experience in Retirement Planning, including income distribution strategies, tax-efficient withdrawals, and Social Security and pension considerations. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is beneficial. Relevant licenses and registrations as required for advisory roles (e.g., Series 65 or equivalent), or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients.
