Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience providing speech and language services in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families across diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals and student needs
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, documenting treatment outcomes and progress reports
• Provide guidance and resources to teachers and caregivers regarding language support strategies
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district policies and procedures
