We are hiring a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager oversee daily housekeeping operations, perform hotel room inspections, manage and support housekeeping team members, and ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas. This position plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining brand and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager oversee daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Supervise, train, schedule, and support housekeeping team members
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are met
• Manage staffing levels, daily room assignments, and team productivity
• Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance regarding room status, priorities, and repair needs
• Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Report maintenance, safety, or supply needs to hotel leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe housekeeping work environment
• Lead by example and promote a positive, respectful team culture

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required
• Supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
