Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, industrious, and efficient candidates for a Cast House Crane Operator position with a Leading Zinc Refinery. This position will pay $19.00 per hour, and it is working 7pm-7am Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed. 

Responsibilities:

• Pour molten zinc into molds, controlling the level/weight, checking for moisture, and skimming
• Operate automated stacker, writing weights, numbering, and straightening the stacks
• Operate an overhead crane and forklift to remove jumbos from molds
• Place jumbos into compact stacks, and if necessary weigh and number them before placement on cooling floor
• Other responsibilities include: production, sorting, packing, and delivery of zinc dust to purification
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with Company procedures, rules and regulations
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Previous forklift operation experience is preferred- Company will certify
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Steeled toed shoes/boots, and Safety Eyewear
