Program Analyst

As a Program Management Specialist, you will support Army programs from concept to completion, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Army clients. Collaborate with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. Assist with tactical planning using Microsoft 365 tools and regular interactions with client leadership and staff. Maintain effective communication to keep the program on a productive path and ensure successful outcomes. Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for management review. Qualifications Experience working in a government environment and collaborating with team members and leadership. Experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Experience submitting visit requests and escorting uncleared visitors. Experience working in Army365, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. Knowledge of Army systems and programs such as MIRARS and DTS. Ability to juggle numerous tasks and requirements. Secret clearance or eligibility for security investigation. Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Qualifications Experience streamlining processes and creating SOPs. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). This salary range is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
