Senior Transaction Analyst/ PMO

Overview Senior Transaction Analyst / PMO (Project Management Office) serves as the operational backbone for real‑estate transaction execution and portfolio governance. This role ensures seamless coordination across transaction teams, maintains rigorous process standards, and drives performance excellence through structured oversight and stakeholder management. Responsibilities Governance & Process Management

• Establish and enforce transaction governance frameworks that ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all portfolio activities.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflow documentation, and process guidelines for transaction execution.
• Monitor adherence to established protocols and report deviations or risks.
• Conduct process audits and quality reviews to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Manage approval workflows and signature authority processes.

Performance Management & Reporting

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including transaction timelines, milestone completion rates, cost savings, and SLA compliance.
• Create executive dashboards and scorecards for real‑time visibility into portfolio performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for client leadership and stakeholders.
• Benchmark performance against industry standards.

Program & Project Coordination

• Support cross‑functional project teams on portfolio restructuring, lease expiration management, and footprint optimization.
• Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Facilitate status meetings, steering committees, and working sessions.
• Manage risks and issues logs and coordinate deliverables across multiple workstreams.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as primary contact for operational inquiries and process questions.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders through transparent communication.
• Prepare briefing materials and recommendation summaries for leadership review.
• Conduct regular check‑ins to remove obstacles and provide support.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management

• Implement quality control checkpoints throughout transaction workflows.
• Review critical documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify compliance risks and ensure mitigation.
• Develop contingency plans for high‑priority transactions.

Process Improvement & Change Management

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Design and implement process improvements, revised workflows, and updated templates.
• Support technology implementations and user adoption.
• Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in project management, program coordination, operations, or transaction support within commercial real‑estate. Strong understanding of real‑estate transaction workflows including lease negotiations, documentation, and execution. Track record establishing governance frameworks and performance management systems. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience facilitating cross‑functional collaboration and driving accountability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management tools, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Final compensation is determined by candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
