Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper

• Maintain accurate general ledger activity and oversee daytoday bookkeeping operations as the Bookkeeper
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions while ensuring timely vendor payments as the Bookkeeper
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and prepare necessary journal entries as the Bookkeeper
• Assist with monthend close procedures and financial reporting support as the Bookkeeper
• Organize financial documentation and support audit and leadership reporting needs as the Bookkeeper

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks required; solid understanding of debits, credits, and GL processes
• Highly detailoriented with strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment
