This global manufacturing and technology leader serves a wide range of industries including, but not limited to automotive, chemicals, mining, food and beverage, aerospace, oil and gas, power generation, semiconductors and many more. The Vice President Global Finance - Operations and Supply Chain will be a key member of the executive leadership team in the global operations team. This person will report to the Chief Financial Officer directly, and work as a strategic business partner to the Chief Operating Officer. The VP Global Finance will develop and execute on strategic plans aligned with the organization's global objectives. This person will have a team of 40-50 people globally.Partner with the COO and executive leadership on strategic plans short and long term that support growth, profitability, and operational effectivenessLead global financial strategy to achieve annual financial goals across manufacturing, supply chain and procurementResponsible for all budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plan, and financial planning as it related to the operations and supply chain organization globallyProvide recommendations to the COO and executive leadership team based on actionable financial insightsEnsure accurate and timely financial reports - monthly, quarterly, and annuallyIn charge of all financial audit issues internal and external, and finding and mediating financial risksEnsure compliance and financial integrity and alignment with regulatory requirementsPartner with COO and other cross functional leaders across procurement, supply chain, operations and manufacturing to enhance and improve on time delivery, quality, navigating a complex supply chain and supplier networkProvide strong mentoring and development of direct team members investing in their growth and developmentImprove cost and financial performance while also looking at strategic investments aligned with the corporate strategyBuild and lead a high-performing global finance organizationDrive cost efficiency across logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing operationsPartner with Supply Chain on S&OP, inventory optimization, and network footprint decisionsSupport AI and digital transformation efforts and implementationThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or similar requiredMBA and/or CPA/CMA highly preferredMinimum 15 years of experience in FP&A, Manufacturing Finance, Controllership related roles supporting operations and supply chainMinimum 3 years of experience is a Sr. Financial Leadership position leading a global teamPrior experience in public accounting highly preferred - Big 4Ability and proven track record working with various departments - sales, finance, accounting, HR, engineering, manufacturing, etc.Proven track record of developing and implementing operational improvements to increase revenues, decrease costs and improve cash flowMust have prior experience working for a global publicly traded organizationProficient with all Microsoft Office applications and products, business intelligence systemsExtensive knowledge and experience working with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.SAP, HFM experience highly preferredStrong with US GAAP and SOXBusiness minded and strong team player mentalityStrong communication skills written and verbalM&A experience preferredWhat’s on OfferCompetitive base salary $325,000 - $375,000 depending on experience, annual bonus, long term incentive, full benefits, 401K, vacation, holidays.
