We are seeking a dedicated professional with at least 2 years of experience to provide comprehensive pain management services as part of our team of 3 providers.QualificationsCurrent Nurse Practitioner license in good standingMaster's degree or higher in NursingBoard certification as a Nurse PractitionerMinimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (pain management experience preferred)DEA certification and controlled substance prescribing authorityStrong clinical assessment and patient management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditionsDevelop and implement comprehensive treatment plansOrder and interpret diagnostic testsPrescribe medications and therapies according to state regulationsCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare providersDocument patient care thoroughly and accuratelyProvide patient education regarding pain management strategiesParticipate in quality improvement initiativesScheduleMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMFour-day workweek options may be considered for the right candidateSupervisionAutonomous practice for NPs with 2+ years of experiencePhysician supervision available for NPs with less than 2 years of experienceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience:$125,000 annually for NPs with 2+ years of experience$170,000 annually for Senior Pain Management NPsFlexible compensation structure (hourly or salary options available)Comprehensive health insuranceCME allowanceScrub allowancePaid time offProfessional liability insuranceDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceMedical SpecialtyPain MedicineExperiencePain Management: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to CommuteNew Haven, CT 06511 (Required)Work LocationIn person
