Youth Career Developer & Internship Coordinator
RiseBoro Community Partnership
A community organization in New York is looking for a Job Developer to support the Learn and Earn Program. This position will lead work readiness training, coordinate participant placements, and maintain worksite documentation with a focus on connecting youth to meaningful employment experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in employment engagement and possess excellent communication skills.
