Dental Front Office Assistant/Business Assistant Okaloosa Family Dentistry is looking for a Business Assistant to join our team. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:00pm Why Heartland Dental? Join a team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with no late night or weekend requirements Our beautiful and modern office is located off of John Sims Parkway East between the Publix shopping plaza and Walmart and right next to Starbucks What our team is looking for: 1+ years of experience in a dental front desk role 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable Dentrix software experience Attributes we value: multitasking, being on time, hardworking, conscientious Experience working in a fast‑paced and customer‑centric environment Excellent communication and organizational skills The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job‑related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
