Location: Bradenton, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM

Job Description: The Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation services to patients throughout the facility, focusing primarily on evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions in a comprehensive rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver therapy interventions to facilitate patient recovery.
• Conduct team conferences and family training sessions.
• Utilize adaptive devices and equipment as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Occupational Therapy license.
• Active BLS certification.
• Weekend flexibility and willingness to work on the IRF unit.
• Hospital/IRF experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with stroke/neuro patients is a plus.
