JOB SUMMARY
The Kids Club Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the youth center, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children. This includes helping with training and ensuring adherence to club standards and maintaining compliance with safety protocols. The Kids Club Supervisor plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, fun, and nurturing atmosphere for young members while providing exceptional service to parents. In addition, they are expected to demonstrate professionalism, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with members, children, and staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment. Reporting Structure * Reports to the Kids Club DirectorDAY TO DAY
* Connect with members regularly and promote youth center activities, including warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. * Promote the facility amenities, programs, and the club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service. * Show professionalism and willingness to coordinate activities and programs with the children.- Must monitor and actively participate with children.
- Help deal with problem behaviors of children in the youth center.
- Assist in the interviewing, hiring, and evaluating of all youth center
- Maintain a running inventory of all equipment in the youth center.
- Advise the Kids Club Director and/or Sports Club Director of any equipment
- Must ensure the cleanliness of the youth center.
- Ensure that daily assignments are completed in their designated areas to

* Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management. * Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions. * Represent the company's management team by supporting and enforcing policies while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff. * Promote and follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same. * Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role. * Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations. * Support the overall efficiency of the team by collaborating and contributing to the club’s goals.ABOUT YOU
Required- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a day care, camp,
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols for childcare environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Engage in physical activities with children, frequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving.- Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases.
- Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
- Talking, hearing, and seeing.
