Job Description
- -Working with U.S. Customs to facilitate SERVEONE's imports and exports
- -Handling import scheduling, import related documentation, and weekly import settlements
- -Ensuring proper regulatory compliance for all international transactions
- -Receiving POs and and managing FOB cost
- -Managing shipping plans, HS-CODE and country of origin
- -Following up for quality claims and submitting the verified documents
- -Completing various other tasks, as needed that might include free trade agreements, duty drawback Initiatives, internal audit functions and transaction reviews
- -Communicating with various external parties such as forwarders, overseas vendors, customers, carriers, and shipping companies to prepare and coordinate logistics
- The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
- -1~3 years of experience in import, export, or logistics work experience
- -Knowledge of U.S. import regulations, including areas such as classification, valuation, free trade agreements, special import programs (anti-dumping and countervailing cases)
- -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing, complex environment
- -Continuous Improvement Focus; ability to articulate a problem and identify root cause.
- -Strong attention to detail in order to compliance with company policies and US Import Regulations.
- -Strong grasp of MS Office
- -Bachelor's degree
- -Bilingual ( Korean and English)
