We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to join our team. In this position, you will support the delivery,
setup, and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies, while educating patients and caregivers on proper use
and maintenance. The role also provides customer service by phone and in person to patients and referral sources
Be available for on-call assignments as scheduled, including after business hours and weekends.
• Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time.
• Keep the assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service.
• Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
• Follow safety protocols, company standards, and all applicable procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Valid driver's license and dependable driving history.
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable entering patient homes.
• Customer-service mindset and willingness to educate patients and caregivers.
• Ability to learn medical equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures through provided training.
• Able to meet the Monday-Friday schedule and every-other-week on-call rotation.
Pay Range $18.00-$19.50 per hour, depending on related experience, plus bonus opportunity
Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Coverage Area A large portion of Michigan's Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin
