Responsibilities * Lead and supervise HVAC installation, service, and repair projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols * Coordinate with team members to establish project timelines and deliverables * Review schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical drawings to guide field operations effectively * Conduct inspections of HVAC systems. * Troubleshoot mechanical issues; perform equipment repair or replacement as needed. Skills * Extensive construction experience with a focus on HVAC systems installation and maintenance * Proven service technician experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) environments * Strong understanding of schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design principles * Field service expertise with hands-on appliance repair, equipment troubleshooting, welding, and property maintenance tasks * Ability to operate diagnostic tools; proficient in equipment repair techniques * Experience working with mechanical systems involving air conditioning units. * Knowledge of safety standards related to HVAC work environments; ability to enforce compliance among team members.
