Overview:

Are you a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence? Are you interested in developing a specialty in aquatic physical therapy?

 

We are seeking an Aquatic Physical Therapist to join our team and help grow a specialized aquatic therapy program. This is an exciting opportunity for a PT with aquatic experience or a clinician who has a strong interest in learning and developing expertise in this unique area of care.

 

Aquatic therapy experience is a plus, but it is not required. The right candidate will have the opportunity to receive guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support as they build their skills and confidence in aquatic rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

About:

Compensation: $75,000 to 95,000- Sign on Bonus - Up to 10K & inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
