Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Days/Nights | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical ICU setting
• Assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes
• Maintain current licensure and certifications required for ICU practice, including MA RN License, CPR-AHA, and ACLS-AHA

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license required
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Level 1 trauma experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical ICU environment
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations and complex critical care protocols
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
