The Service Dispatcher supports field service repairs as part of a dispatcher and service coordinator team, reporting to the Service Manager. This role coordinates technician routing, customer appointments, and real-time schedule adjustments across the local service area.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching.
• Manage technician routes across the local service area.
• Coordinate customer appointments and provide timely status updates.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate work orders.
• Handle service calls and assess priorities.
• Monitor schedules and make real-time adjustments as service needs change.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in service dispatching.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Effective time management skills.
