Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a district-based BCBA, you’ll be headquartered at the district office, offering expertise to 80 schools via a flexible referral process—allowing you to focus your skills where they’re most needed without an overwhelming caseload.

Leverage valuable partnerships, like the Vanderbilt Triad program, providing ongoing consults, access to powerful data, and regular feedback sessions. The district’s innovative Help Desk model and referral process ensure that BCBAs maintain a balanced workload with well-organized support, so you can prioritize effective outcomes instead of paperwork overload.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active BCBA license
• Strong background in behavioral analysis within school settings
• Capacity to adapt and support elementary through high school populations
• Commitment to data-driven, collaborative decision-making
• Willingness to complete required fingerprinting and meet credentialing deadlines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and consult on student referrals using evidence-based methodologies
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate systemically with staff, parents, and district teams
• Contribute expertise during monthly data review and consults
• Support staff through training, observation, and intervention redesign
• Maintain diligent records and help desk communications

This contract position runs from August 5, 2026, through May 19, 2027, with a consistent 35-hour workweek (scheduled between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM, adjusted to school needs).
