Job Overview A law firm seeks a Benefits and Compensation Attorney with at least four years of experience to join its Washington, DC office. Manage 401(k) and retirement plan issues. Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm. Maintain frequent contact with clients' in-house attorneys and HR professionals. Qualifications JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Minimum of four years of benefits and compensation experience in a law firm or consulting firm. Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills. Bar admission in the state of hire or eligibility to obtain it. Top academic credentials. Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Bar admission in the state of hire or ability to obtain it. Strong analytical and communication skills. Client service excellence.
