Outpatient Career Coach & Case Manager
Project Lift
Project Lift is looking for a Case Manager/Career Coach in Florida, NY, responsible for assessing clients' needs and coordinating supportive services. You will provide career readiness training and ensure program participants gain maximum benefit from Project Lift's unique substance abuse and mental health training. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and can work with diverse clients.
