Growth & Solutions Manager Full‑Time | Remote/Hybrid | Base + Performance Compensation About BabyBots BabyBots is an automation and AI consultancy that helps organizations transform how work gets done. We design and build intelligent systems that streamline operations, eliminate manual workflows, and connect disconnected tools using cloud platforms, automation, data, and AI. We work with enterprise and mid‑market clients to solve real business problems – not with generic software, but with tailored solutions that fit how teams actually operate. The Role This is a foundational growth role. You will be one of the first people helping shape how BabyBots grows. We are looking for someone with drive, curiosity, and learning velocity – not just sales experience. This role is for someone who wants to build, not just perform inside a predefined system. You will work directly with leadership, project managers, and delivery teams to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and connect real business problems with real solutions. This role will evolve as BabyBots grows – and so will you. What You’ll Do Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, partnerships, and networking Qualify prospects and uncover real operational problems Learn BabyBots’ solutions and communicate their business value clearly Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes (efficiency, automation, cost reduction, scale) Support discovery calls and early‑stage solution conversations Partner with delivery teams to scope opportunities and shape solutions Manage opportunities from first contact through close Help shape messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy Provide market feedback to leadership and delivery teams Who This Role Is For This role is for someone who is: Driven Curious Coachable Adaptable Growth‑oriented Resilient Comfortable with ambiguity Motivated by learning Energized by building something new What We’re Looking For Required 2‑5 years experience in B2B sales, consulting, services, or technology roles Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Comfort engaging with both business and technical stakeholders Self‑starter mentality Ability to learn complex offerings and communicate them simply Strong organizational and follow‑through skills Nice to Have Experience with consulting, services, SaaS, or technical sales Familiarity with automation, AI, cloud, data, or digital transformation CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Experience in consultative or solution‑based selling What We Offer Competitive base salary Performance‑based compensation High upside growth opportunity Direct mentorship from leadership Real ownership in shaping the growth function Exposure to automation, AI, and enterprise systems Collaborative, builder‑culture environment Why This Role Matters This is not a transactional sales job.
