As an HR Generalist, you'll be a key player in daily HR operations, partnering across teams to support hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment and is ready to take their HR career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle recruiting, proactively sourcing candidates and screening applicants.
• Drive an engaging onboarding process including I-9s, background checks, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in processing payroll and maintaining HRIS (ADP/Seila) for 130+ employees.
• Coordinate employee training programs and track development spend vs. budget.
• Maintain records and reports in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Support employee relations, internal events, communications, and wellness initiatives.
• Monitor and support site-wide safety and EHS culture.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data analysis for HR KPIs and compliance.
• Continuously seek process improvements in HR procedures and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of HR Generalist experience (preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Ability to manage confidential information and work independently
• Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) a plus
• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations
