When hospitalization is necessary, we provide outstanding services in heart care, cancer treatment, general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, rehabilitation, sleep disorder evaluation, and operate the largest emergency room in downtown San Antonio. - Perform IV starts and therapy
- Conduct wound care and patient assessments
- Implement appropriate interventions based on assessments
- Utilize drainage devices and manage central lines
- Administer blood products as required
- BLS certification is mandatory
- A minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Experience with Meditech software
- Scrub Color: Navy
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- Tattoos must be appropriately covered
