We are looking for a skilled IT Coordinator who will maintain our information technology systems and networks. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems. 1st Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday Pay: $21.00 - 25.05 per hour, depending on experience Full benefits with health, dental & vision coverage, paid time off, 401(k) Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.Responsibilities:Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projectsProvide advice on the most suitable IT choicesProvide technical support or training for systems and networksAct as link between end users and higher level supportInstall and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)Monitor system and network performancePerform troubleshooting, repairs and data restorationPerformance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)Maintain licenses and upgrade schedulesCollaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionalityOther duties as assignedRequired Skills:Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGreat attention to detailExcellent organizational and coordination abilitiesRequired Experience:Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciatedSolid knowledge of IT systems and applicationsUnderstanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configurationAbility to troubleshoot and repair issuesBSc/BA in information technology or computer science is preferredCertification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) is a plusYou will love working in our family-oriented company!
