Senior Manager, Loan Servicing Operations

We're hiring a Senior Manager of Loan Servicing Operations to own the execution, performance, and scaling of our loan servicing and collections operations. Reporting to executive leadership, you'll translate company strategy into operational outcomes, owning day-to-day servicing performance across multiple asset classes while partnering with Risk, Compliance, Product, Technology, and Client teams.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end execution of loan servicing operations, including customer support, payment processing, workflows, and collections
• Collections strategy across early, mid, and late-stage delinquency in partnership with Risk and Compliance
• Servicing KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics, including corrective action when performance gaps appear
• Translating high-level servicing and risk strategy into clear operating plans and accountability structures
• Operational risk identification and mitigation across controls, processes, and platform changes
• Cross-functional partnership with Product and Technology on new launches and platform enhancements
• Regulatory, investor, and contractual compliance across all servicing and collections practices
• Coaching and developing supervisors, team leads, and individual contributors

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
• 8+ years in loan servicing, collections, or financial services operations
• Proven team management in a fintech, bank, or specialty lending environment
• Hands-on experience with Private Student Loans, Student Loan Refinancing, and Home Improvement Loans
• Strong background in collections execution, loss mitigation, or servicing performance management
• A track record of coaching managers and delivering results through disciplined operations
• Comfortable operating with executive guidance while owning day-to-day decisions
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
