Co‑working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co‑working stipend. About the role We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer based out of our San Francisco office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on‑site and one day working from home. What You'll Do Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping Office IT support: provide on‑hand support to our colleagues in our San Francisco office AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably End‑user support: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners New IT projects: contribute to Tech Ops initiatives Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides What you bring A friendly, end‑user focused attitude. You genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems.
