Job Details Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Location: Paris, Tennessee 38242 Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370 Shift Duration: 8-hour days Shift Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 06:45 - 15:15 Hours per Week: 40 Call / Coverage: Night and weekend call rotation; approximately 1-2 days per week on a rotating schedule Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks Orientation: Provided at the start of assignment Job Requirements Active Tennessee RN license or compact RN license required at time of submission Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required 1 year of circulator experience required Previous travel nursing experience required Epic experience within the last 12 months required and must be clearly documented Must pass Epic competency exam BLS certification required ACLS certification required PALS preferred PACU experience preferred Strong familiarity with Allscripts charting preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical services environment with a variety of procedures Responsibilities Provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in the Operating Room Circulate a wide range of surgical cases, including orthopedic, vascular, gynecologic, urologic, and general surgery procedures Support advanced procedures such as THA/TKA with robotic assistance, hysterectomy, prostatectomy, and AAA repair Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team to ensure smooth case flow Maintain sterile technique, procedural readiness, and strong attention to detail throughout each case Participate in night and weekend call coverage as scheduled Accurately document care and maintain compliance with unit protocols and safety standards Deliver compassionate care to adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients Apply now to take the next step in your OR nurse travel career in Paris, Tennessee.
