At Star Blends, our people are our passion, and our work makes a real difference.The Role: We're looking for a hands-on, solution-driven Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance efforts of our mill machinery and mechanical equipment. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime, and supporting farm success behind the scenes.What a Day in the Life Looks Like:Machinery Repair and Electrical MaintenancePerform emergency and routine repairs to maintain uptimeRead and interpret electrical schematics to solve electrical issuesMinor truck and trailer repairs as neededPreventive Maintenance and TroubleshootingCreate and execute preventative maintenance plansInspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to prevent breakdownsMaintenance LoggingMaintain accurate records of repairs and inspectionsUse data to improve reliability and performanceSchedule: Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Four days at Sparta Mill & one day at Chippewa Falls Mill (must be flexible to go to Chippewa Falls for emergencies as needed)What You Bring:One+ year experience in industrial, repair, millwright, or ag equipment maintenanceTwo-year Technical Degree in a maintenance-related area or equivalent work experienceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilitiesExperience with electrical schematicsExcellent organization and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyValid driver's license and a clean driving recordWhat You'll Get:Company vehicle + technologyHealth, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time off & Paid Holidays401(k) with company matchIncentive programEducational assistance and paid training opportunitiesEmployee assistance programFlexible work environmentStar Blends Is An Equal Opportunity Employer
