Description
$1,500 Sign-on bonus and robust benefit package which includes health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
Are you a skilled problem solver with a knack for fixing things? We are looking for an experienced AC Maintenance Technician to join the team at our newly constructed Bella Ridge North apartment community to provide excellent service to our residents and to help keep the community running smoothly!
The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing repairs, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various appliances, as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move ins.
The AC units are on the ground at Bella Ridge North and South apartments.
Qualifications
Maintenance Technician duties include but are not limited to:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
- Responding to resident service requests with a friendly and positive demeanor
- Keeping the property in top shape with preventative maintenance
- Collaborating with team members to improve service efficiency
What we are looking for:
- Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of basic repairs and troubleshooting
- Ability to work on-call as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be certified to work with refrigerant. We can assist with testing and certification.
- Tools, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. We can assist with tools purchase if needed!
