Office Engineer

Job Title: Office Engineer Overview We are seeking a highly organized Office Engineer to support a large‑scale project in New York City. This role will work closely with field teams and project leadership to manage documentation, coordination, and reporting, ensuring efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities Coordinate trade‑related requests, including approvals, inspections, flagging, work trains, and bulletins Manage monthly labor reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness Maintain and distribute project documentation, including submittals, drawings, and specifications Track manpower, production, and project progress through spreadsheets and reports Support field operations by organizing and managing daily project documentation Utilize PMIS platforms (e.g., Unifier) for reporting and document tracking Ensure documentation is current and aligned with project requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred 2–5 years of experience in an Office Engineer, Project Engineer, or similar role Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite Experience with PMIS platforms (e.g., Unifier) preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Group PMX is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.
