Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour DOE

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Management Leasing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong client relationship skills, leasing experience, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have a leadership mindset, enjoy working independently and collaboratively, and be interested in growing into a management role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to leasing inquiries through email, phone, and online platforms
• Engage with prospective renters, answer property-related questions, and follow up after tours
• Coordinate and conduct property tours while providing exceptional customer service
• Create and manage property marketing campaigns through AppFolio, Zillow, Indeed, and other advertising platforms
• Review market trends, rental rates, and comparable properties to ensure competitive pricing
• Communicate market analysis and pricing recommendations to property owners
• Conduct weekly property performance reviews and discuss marketing and pricing strategies with owners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, prospective tenants, and residents
• Collaborate with the leasing and property management team to support daily operations
• Maintain accurate records, leasing activity, and property information within AppFolio
• Assist with process improvements and provide leadership support as the team continues to grow

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, leasing, real estate, or a related customer-facing role
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience with AppFolio preferred
• Ability to confidently discuss pricing, market trends, and recommendations with property owners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative xhyhwjd team environment
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Leadership potential and desire to grow into a management role
