Strong experience with Dell PowerEdge servers and enterprise lab infrastructure. Hands-on knowledge of Cisco, Arista, and Dell networking equipment. Experience with SAN/storage systems, enterprise monitoring tools, and ServiceNow. Knowledge of automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code practices. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills. Experience supporting AI, engineering, or product development lab environments preferred.

Deploy, configure, and support engineering lab infrastructure including servers, storage arrays, and networking equipment. Perform rack, stack, cabling, hardware installation, and system configuration. Support SAN/storage environments, fiber-channel infrastructure, and scale-out architectures. Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. Partner with engineering teams to develop infrastructure solutions and hardware configuration plans. Lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and document operational processes. Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code and shared services models. Support Agile Scrum and Scrum at Scale operational frameworks. Utilize monitoring and AI-based tools to improve infrastructure reliability and performance.
