Day Time Mon 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help support authorized access, observe daily operations, and report policy violations or maintenance-related issues.
• Assist with security-related reporting, incident logs, and shift pass-down communication while following Allied Universal standards and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1 or more years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Handcuff, pepper spray, and baton experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
