This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, perform a variety of skincare services, and build lasting relationships through thoughtful, individualized care. Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments to determine appropriate services. Develop and recommend individualized treatment plans and home-care routines. Educate clients on skincare products, treatment options, and recommended maintenance. Perform services in accordance with professional standards, training, and applicable licensing requirements. Maintain accurate and complete client records, including treatment notes and relevant skincare history. Follow established sanitation, disinfection, and infection-control protocols. Prepare, maintain, and organize treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies. Monitor client comfort and safety throughout each service. Build positive, long-term client relationships through attentive service and consistent follow-through. Stay informed about skincare products, treatment techniques, and developments in the esthetics industry. Collaborate with front desk staff and fellow estheticians to support scheduling, appointment flow, and an exceptional client experience. Qualifications Active Nebraska Esthetician License required by the start of employment. Candidates pursuing Nebraska licensure through reciprocity may also be considered. Strong understanding of skincare principles, facial treatments, skin analysis, and product recommendations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to assess client needs and explain treatment options clearly and professionally. Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation and client safety. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy spa environment. Experience with HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning preferred. Experience with chemical peels and microneedling is a plus, where permitted by applicable licensing and scope-of-practice requirements. Candidates should be comfortable working in a client-focused environment with varying appointment volumes. Specific schedules and availability expectations will be discussed during the hiring process.
