About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Marketing to lead its mission-critical construction business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position. The VP of Marketing will be expected to have a proven track record in building marketing functions within high-growth companies, particularly those that are PE-backed or in the Series B-D stage. Deep expertise in ABM, enterprise pipeline, and demand generation tied to revenue is essential, as is a strong proficiency in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and writer, capable of distilling complex value propositions into a compelling narrative, and will have a builder mindset, comfortable with taking ownership of the marketing function. While not mandatory, experience in data center, construction, or infrastructure services is a bonus, as is familiarity with the mission-critical or data center ecosystem. The role is office-based in Austin and requires a candidate who is open to working in this environment. Additional desirable qualifications include a military background, experience with veteran organizations, prior experience in both employer and client-side marketing, and international marketing experience, particularly in the EMEA region. The VP of Marketing will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization.
