Compensation and Schedule RNNavigator – Full‑time, onsite, $40‑$52 per hour, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Join a great team! Required Qualifications 3+ years of recent nursing experience Oncology or urology experience Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Current Arizona RN license AHA BCLS certification Bachelor's degree in nursing Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient and family support Conduct clinical assessments, manage symptoms, and triage needs Facilitate timely access and coordination of care Identify and address barriers to care Promote patient and family‑centered decision‑making Communicate effectively with all stakeholders Ensure patient safety and provide necessary referrals Advocate for patients and foster empowerment Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team Contribute to program development and quality improvement About the Company This well‑known and successful healthcare system has remained a symbol of quality for early 40 years.
