Requirements
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Documented medical/telemetry experience required
- Experience with trauma patients, heparin drips, and acute medications
- Must have completed checklist
- Experience with specialty equipment such as gait belts and geriatric chairs preferred
- Prior NICHE training is a plus
- EPIC EMR experience required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults and older adults in a medical/surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as ordered.
- Assess patients' needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care information.
