Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to working with K-12 students
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to supporting learners from diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services as outlined in individual plans and IEPs
• Assist with the development and modification of student-specific goals under OT supervision
• Provide direct therapy, document progress, and maintain accurate records
• Advocate for students needs within the multidisciplinary team
• Effectively communicate with faculty, parents, and other school personnel
• Adapt and respond to student needs in a flexible, creative manner
