Shifts Offered: Day Shift: 7am-7pm Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! As a CNA at Seacrest Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized care that meets the unique needs of each patient. Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Help patients with mobility and transfers, such as walking, standing, and sitting Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and interactions Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes Requirements: Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Michigan High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience as a CNA (new graduates welcome!)
