Registered Nurse Newborn Transport Schedule Full time Shift 1 - Day Shift Responsibilities Provide high level patient care to the critically ill neonate who requires inter-hospital transfer. Maintain the safest possible transport environment for the nurse and the patient. The working conditions vary based on the type of medical care being provided, often inside an aircraft or ambulance performing medical care. Qualifications Graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program. One (1) year of Neonatal Intensive Care clinical experience. Current RN licensure permitting work in the state of Arizona. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification required within three months of hire.
