Seasonal / Event-Based - NYS Fair Operations
- Position: Brand Ambassador - NYS Fair Team
- Schedule: Seasonal / Event-Based (Shifts available throughout the duration of the Fair)
- Location: New York State Fairgrounds (Syracuse, NY)
- Be the Face of Our Brand: Represent our team at our dedicated NYS Fair booth and interact directly with fairgoers.
- Engage with Enthusiasm: Start fun, friendly conversations with passing crowds and share the benefits of upgrading their home's windows and doors.
- Generate Excitement: Keep the energy high around our display, highlight current promotions, and answer general questions.
- Set Appointments: Connect with interested homeowners and collect contact details for our sales team to schedule home consultations.
- Maintain the Booth Setup: Keep our display area clean, organized, well-stocked with materials, and welcoming.
- Outgoing & Personable: Comfortable striking up conversations with large crowds in a lively, fast-paced environment.
- High Energy & Staminia: Excited to be on your feet, engage with visitors, and bring positive vibes to the fairgrounds.
- Reliable Transportation: Dependable way to get to and from the NYS Fairgrounds for your scheduled shifts.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work fair hours, including evenings and weekend shifts during the Fair's run.
- Strong Communication: Clear, professional, and persuasive speaking skills.
- This is a seasonal, event-specific role tied to the dates and schedule of the New York State Fair.
- Shifts will vary based on Fair hours and booth coverage needs.
- High lead-generation potential due to massive daily fair attendance!
