This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who operates with both strategic clarity and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.Reporting to the SVP, Human Resources, this leader will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping people strategy, influencing organizational design, and driving initiatives that fuel performance, engagement, and growth. You’ll be expected to bring both perspective and execution: setting direction while also jumping in to make things happen.We’re looking for someone with real presence, someone who brings credibility, sound judgment, and gravitas, and who can seamlessly flex their communication style to connect with a wide range of audiences, from executives to employees across the business.This is an individual contributor role that sits at the center of the action, partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Benefits, Learning & Development, and Legal). You’ll play a key role during moments of growth, change, and integration, helping the organization scale thoughtfully and effectively. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
