As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. Hire, train, and supervise a team of wireless sales consultants. Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as Verizon's standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in wireless or telecommunications. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
