Job Description:


Project Background and requirement:


We are deploying Trainers & techs to over 90 Home Delivery Agent sites across the country.


These agents are being trained on the Oracle EBS and GEAD (Legacy Application) that GE Appliances (GEA) is Live on.


Analyst will be working at HQ (Louisville) in a Command Center to deal with any workflow, or EBS (OSB) issues that may come up in the field that our trainers need help with.


This team of 3 Analysts will be helping with the installation of the new software.

Customer is live on Oracle EBS R12.2.6 and is in the business of manufacturing and selling home appliances. GEA has 8 Appliance Distribution centers (ADC) across US. The ADC delivers the appliances to the Home Delivery Agent Sites. E.g. Louisville ADC will deliver the appliances through their trucks to Home Delivery Agent Sites in Louisville, Lexington, Cincinnati etc. The Home Delivery Agents (non-GEA entity) delivers the Appliances to the End customer (you and me who purchases the white-goods from Home Depot, JC Penny, Costco etc.). Alongwith the goods they also provide services in terms of installation.

The HD Agents receive the appliances from ADC in Oracle EBS and the shipment to the end consumer happens through GEAD.


Our ask is to train the Home Delivery Agents on Oracle EBS and GEAD transactions.

We are looking for an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant. From top skills perspective we are looking for a candidate:
• 3+ years of experience with following Oracle R12 SCM modules: Order Management and Purchasing


Good Communication Skills


Day to Day Responsibilities include but not limited to
• After being trained on GEAD and Oracle EBS, facilitate training for the technicians.


Once technicians are in field providing training to the Agents, support the technicians.


Facilitate in building training collaterals
