My Little Helper & Co LLC is seeking dependable and customer-focused drivers to join our team for the CATS Micro transit service. As a driver, you will play a key role in providing safe, timely, and reliable transportation to passengers across the Charlotte area. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to safety, and a genuine commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting individuals with disabilities, seniors, and the general public as needed.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules using dispatch instructions and GPS systems.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation.
• Ensure vehicles remain clean, safe, and presentable always.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver's License.
• Must have been a licensed driver for at least 3 consecutive years.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical (as required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional and respectful demeanor.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous driving, shuttle, para transit, or transportation service experience a plus but not required.
• Experience working with elderly or disabled passengers.
