Corporate Travel Consultant

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Corporate Travel Consultant will manage inbound corporate and government contractor travel requests, providing best-in-class travel consultation and ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies while utilizing Sabre GDS for booking domestic and international air, car, and hotel reservations. Key responsibilities Service inbound corporate and government contractor travel requests with enthusiasm and extraordinary customer service Complete accurate and timely reservations while adhering to corporate travel policies and federal travel requirements Maintain productivity and quality goals, measured by transactions per month and customer service performance Required qualifications 5 years of travel selling experience and customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry Expertise in international travel bookings and processes Typing speed of at least 50 WPM Mastery of Sabre GDS and strong travel industry knowledge Corporate travel experience required; government contractor experience preferred
